You’ve worked so hard, lost all the weight you wanted to lose and you don’t want to find it again. While more than half of the people who lose weight end up gaining it back, you are determined not to let that happen to you. This article will help you maintain your goal weight!
Your beliefs determine how you see situations and how you respond to them. Make sure you aren’t telling yourself any of these five things that can lead to weight gain.

BUILD A BIGGER BOOTY
1. Now that I’ve hit my goal weight, I will loosen up a bit on my rules.
If you successfully lost weight with a combination of eating right and exercise, you now have a winning formula that works for you. If you stop doing what works, there is a high probability that you will gain some weight back. (The reverse is true as well. If you aren’t seeing any results, you have to change what you are doing!) I encourage people to opt for planned indulgences once in a while instead of living differently once you hit your goal weight.
2. Exercise is a pain
Find exercises you like. You can walk, dance, do Zumba, weight training, kickboxing, jog on a trampoline, hula hoop, and jump rope.
All of those ways of moving are enjoyable for you and help keep your body strong, healthy, fit, and flexible. This is especially important to help you age well.
The results won’t happen by wishing; they will happen by working!
Every little extra movement counts.

FAT BURNING BODY WEIGHT PROGRAM
3. My weight is famailial
An often used excuse (belief) is that being overweight is famalial, and that our parents, grandparents and ancestors were all fat and hence we are doomed to be fat. While genetics does play a role in weight, with a sensible diet and exercise program, anyone can become healthier
4. Whatever I eat I can exercise it off.
Yes, weight loss in its simplified form is calories in and calories out, but long-term healthy weight loss only happens (and only can be maintained) when healthy eating is paired with calorie-burning exercise. You really can’t successfully lose weight and keep it off if you try and do one and not the other. If you want to do a harder workout because you did a little bit of indulging, go for it, just don’t use it as a weight maintenance strategy. Marry up clean eating and exercise and you can keep that weight off for good!

FASTEST WAY TO GET SHREDDED ABS
5 .If it says “low fat”, “no fat”, “reduced fat”, “sugar-free”, etc., its healthy
The biggest problem with this belief is not so much that products with these claims aren’t healthy, but rather, that the healthiest food you can eat will never be found in a package. If you want the best health, the foundation of your diet must be vegetables and fruits. Natural foods, which don’t come from factories, are the best foods for your natural body. To add, many packaged foods may have little or no fat, sugar and salt, but companies often must add replacement chemicals to those foods so that they can still satisfy consumers with the same tastes, and often those chemicals are hazardous to our health
